1. Does Business Coaching really work?
Yes it does. We have helped many companies grow through motivation, support, and hands on training.

3. What is the first step?
Contact us, after contact we setup an appointment. We meet with you and discuss your needs. Once we have an understanding of what your needs are, we will provide you with pricing.

4. Is Business Coaching a once off or monthly exercise?
Our frequency of business coaching is based on what you need. We will gladly be involved in the daily business or perhaps visit once per week or once per month. We never leave our clients standing and our business is based on your business being succesful.

5. Can I contact your team after hours?
Absolutely. Our team is always available. We will structure your service agreement accordingly.

8. Do your clients always know exactly what kind of business they want to start before they come to you?
Our clients fall into three categories:
  • The first type of client is one who already has a business and wants to grow it or expand to new areas.
  • The second type of client is just getting started in a new business, but knows exactly what business she wants to be in.
  • The third type of client has several ideas for businesses, but he isn't sure yet which one (or which combination) will work best for him, or if there's something he hasn't thought of yet that might be the best fit.

A study of coaching in Fortune 1000 companies asked 100 executives to assess the impact of the coaching that they had received. Here are some of their responses, along with the percentage reporting specific benefits:

Other studies have found that the return on investment in coaching top level managers and executives can often be as high as five or six to one. Needless to say, these are remarkable findings and explain why executive coaching has grown so markedly in the past decade.

10. How do I determine which coach is best for me?
Perhaps the most important quality in your potential coach is that he or she is someone you feel absolutely comfortable with. Someone with whom you have "good chemistry." Remember, you are going to be in many a candid and confidential conversation with your coach or mentor. You need someone with whom you are instantly and constantly at ease.
On the other hand, there are people with whom you might have "good chemistry" who are not equipped to be good coaches or mentors. You also need someone who understands the subtleties of human and organizational behavior. Someone who does not hesitate to "hold your feet to the fire" when you need to stay on track. Someone who is not afraid to be honest and frank with you, even when you resist such candor.
And you especially need someone who asks insightful, provocative questions. Your coach or mentor should be stretching you in almost every session. While it's important to be at ease with a coach, you don't want a coach who makes you comfortable. The purpose for having a coach or mentor is to grow, and you never grow while being made comfortable.

11. Which areas of the business will coaching address?
While each coaching program is uniquely customized for the priorities of the business (and the owner), clients typically work to strengthen several, if not all, of the following areas:

12. Which roles or positions do we coach?
Most commonly, coaching clients tend to fit into two primary categories:
1)  Business owners and/or partners who operate a local, independent business.  Typically, these are classified as Small Business operations with 3 – 200 employees.  Within these businesses, coaching can include the owner and/or other designated leaders (i.e.– President, Vice-President, General Manager or Sales Manager).  Additionally, some coaching sessions may involve front line employees.
2)  Leaders within larger corporations.  These clients are typically responsible for a particular segment of that larger organization (i.e.–Vice Presidents, Directors, Area Managers, General Managers or Sales Managers)
